Technician (Phnom Penh)

Major Responsibilities:

• Voice out preliminary potential issues with the product development in the initial stage of development.
• Assists the client and factory to facilitate the completion of the new development.
• Detail observation of the product and being critical of the quality, construction and structure of the product.
• Keep track of outstanding product development and drive the progress with the factory and the MR.
• Participation and involvement in the initial stage of the production including but not limited to FSCL.
• Preparation of PTF in timely manner, involve the pre-production meeting and callout technical/process obstacles and quality control checkpoints.
• Regularly report any issues and work with the upper Manager during product development.
• Provide with Recommendation for technical or quality improvement to achieve target.
• Working with Vendor/factory on CAP and PIP to prevent quality issues of reoccurring.
• Conducting factory assessment on new supplier onboarding or regular annual audit and complete the audit report timely. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Good experience on Furniture, or hardgoods or lighting.
• Can speak English and good command of written.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Competent in using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Honest, integrity, diligent with high self-discipline
• May need to station in Sihanoukville or Koh Kong or Svay Rieng
