Designer

Job Accountabilities

• Lead and support the design and development of jewelry and accessories trends and packaging.
• Contribute to packaging and trend research, providing creative input and ensuring alignment with brand direction.
• Stay updated with current fashion jewelry and packaging trends and newness in the market.
• Maintain daily follow up /communication with packaging vendors & clients ensuring clarity in requirements, timely CADs & sample delivery.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising and product development teams to ensure design aligns with cost targets, materials availability, and production timelines.
• Vendor visits, market visits and fairs for new vendors & newness.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards, production specifications and client expectations.
• Provide guidance to junior team members when needed and contribute to a collaborative, positive design culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business needs

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years design experience preferably in fashion jewelry design, accessories and packaging
• Strong aesthetic sense with a good eye for design, color, materials, and trends.
• Proficiency in AI and Photoshop is Experience with additional design software—such as InDesign, Procreate, Rhino or other 3D rendering tools—is an advantage.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Experience in packaging, women’s accessories (jewelry, bags, gifts, etc.), or related categories is preferred.
• Graphic design experience is not mandatory but would be beneficial.
• Responsible and able to work independently, detail-minded, flexible, good team player, a fast-learner, able to cope with deadlines.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Designer role.
• Immediate availability is highly preferable.
