Client Officer

Job Accountabilities

  • Assist with business development activities including potential client identification, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Responsible for client management and development of business with existing and potential clients.
  • Direct and manage clients’ sourcing activities within Connor across multiple office locations and functions.
  • Continuously build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through flawless execution across all Connor offices worldwide.
  • Able to work independently in handling end to end project management of assigned client accounts.
  • Handle the communication and co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders for all matters related from administrative through operational needs.
  • Support Client Director in preparing presentation materials for meetings.
  • Develop and train existing personnel and relevant country merchandising personnel.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education, preferably in business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably hands-on experience in the Home industry particularly in buying & purchasing background
  • Good command of English & Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive, sensible, deadline conscious, adaptive, responsible, well-organized and attention to details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
