Job Accountabilities:

Development process coordination

• Sample assessment and
• Maintain and update sample
• Costing analysis and product negotiation
• Update and share comments with vendor and
• Analyses and review comments/callouts with team

Production Process coordination

• Purchase order generation and management (EDI/MIS/COP/Supplier Connect)
• Time & Action maintenance and review
• Plan and coordinate Pre-Production
• Maintain and update production
• ESF creation and maintenance
• Sealer sample coordination with vendor and client
• Testing sample coordination
• Review and escalation of exceptions with team and
• Post shipment follow
• Active participation in vendor research and analysis
• Work with factories on new product development and

Job Requirements:

• Graduate
• Minimum graduate with at least 4 – 5 years’ experience in merchandising of wood products in Buying and Liaison
• Effective verbal & written communication
• Preferably someone from Furniture factory background
• Knowledge in MS Office and e-mail operations is a
• Analyses trip requirement with team
• Coordinate and prepare client
• Coordinate for product
• Prepare minutes of meeting
