Designer

Job Accountabilities

• Assist in the design and development of packaging and trend concepts
• Stay up to date with current fashion jewelry trends and market innovations
• Manage daily follow-up and communication with vendors and clients
• Conduct vendor visits, market research, and attend fairs to source new vendors and identify new trends
• Ensure all designs comply with quality standards and production specifications
• Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to ensure packaging costs are aligned
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Jewelry Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of design experience, preferably in fashion jewelry, accessories, and packaging
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Background in packaging and women’s accessories (e.g., jewelry, bags and gifts) is highly desirable
• Responsible, independent, detail-oriented, flexible, a good team player, fast learner, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience in graphic design is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
