These values start with a corporate culture that is embraced by all Connor associates. While mistakes, of course, may be forgiven, any intentional violation of our ethical code will not be tolerated. As a Connor associate, you must ensure the Company’s reputation is not tarnished by dishonest, disloyal, or corrupt behavior. We are each responsible for supporting a culture that includes people who are culturally like-minded and filters out those who aren’t.

Our culture also includes respect toward, and value for, each other, both as individuals and for the work we undertake. We expect each associate to become familiar with our Code of Ethics and to certify their understanding of, and agreement with, this Code. This can be accomplished via the Code of Ethics e-Learning module at least annually, along with regular additional training that may be offered.
